Work With Us!
Be A Part of Something That Changes Lives...Make a Difference. Challenge Yourself.
It is our goal at The Growing Tree to create an excellent and fun culture where work is stimulating, enjoyable, and done with excellence.
Every little detail of our day can add up to something that will kindle a passion inside of you as well as challenge you to move beyond yourself. You will solve meaningful problems here and will be inspired by our intensity to constantly step it up! This is not a place to coast. Instead, it is a place to make a difference. It is a place to have fun. It is a place where you can GROW and help others GROW. You will be proud of the impact that you have & have fun doing it!
We are looking to hire BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, as well as awesome individuals who have experience in ABA and/or are willing to learn and be trained in the field of Behavior Analysis. Send in your contact information and we will send you an application to start the process.
WE ARE GROWING!
Over the next year and a half, the Growing Tree will be adding two new locations in Jackson and Meridian. This is a huge step but, we are so excited to be able to meet the needs for more of Mississippi’s children on the spectrum! We have set an overall goal of $150,000 to fully fund these projects. We will be hosting fundraisers throughout the year and partnering with parents and local vendors to open two new clinics with cutting edge resources. Will you partner with The Growing Tree over the next 16 months to help furnish and supply both new locations? We will need tables, chairs, iPads, Computers, Office furniture, indoor playground equipment, curriculum, and so much more to get off on the right foot.
How can I help? Contact our new Fundraising Director, Summer Slovak, to join the team and help raise the much-needed funds to meet the needs of our rapid growth. She will need volunteers as well as any connections that you may have to local businesses willing to partner with us. Email her at email@example.com
